Dallas founder & operator
Lauren Williams is a Dallas-based entrepreneur, operator, and cultural storyteller.
She is the founder of Incloodie® Food Tours, a history-forward tourism company creating food experiences centered on the communities, cultures, and stories that shape a city.
Through Incloodie, Lauren has developed public and private experiences, built restaurant and hospitality partnerships, managed guides and contractors, served corporate groups, coordinated complex guest logistics, and created programming that connects people across cultural and social boundaries.
She is also the founder of Hideaway Founders, an emerging community designed to give women entrepreneurs a more honest, intimate, and useful place to build relationships, exchange resources, learn from professionals, and navigate the realities of business ownership.
Lauren’s broader work sits at the intersection of entrepreneurship, cultural tourism, hospitality, community building, business operations, partnership development, program design, cultural storytelling, and economic development.

Lauren’s projects serve different audiences, but they begin with the same questions:
Her work focuses on creating ideas that are meaningful to people, respectful of the communities involved, commercially viable, and capable of functioning in the real world.
Understand the people, history, culture, and environment before designing the solution.
Turn concepts into timelines, systems, partnerships, responsibilities, policies, and real experiences.
Tell cultural and community stories with accuracy, care, and awareness of who benefits.
Build experiences and environments where people feel welcomed, curious, respected, and able to form meaningful relationships.
Lauren is continuing to grow as a founder, operator, speaker, and strategic partner. She is especially interested in opportunities involving operations, partnerships, cultural tourism, hospitality, community engagement, program development, business development, experiential marketing, and founder-led organizations.
